Exercise does not have to be a chore. Once a person begins an exercise program, they discover that it becomes an enjoyable activity in itself. We start by finding activities and exercises you like, varying your workout sessions, beginning at the appropriate level and progressing from there. Each workout is customized to create a special workout just for you that combines strength training, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility conditioning. The following are three examples of what a typical workout may consist of.
